The Finance cluster is responsible for certain centralized functions of the University such as the following:
Cash management
Financial planning and control
Investments
Project management
Contract administration
Housing and other loan services for qualified University employees
In addition, the Finance cluster is committed to supporting the vision and mission of the Ateneo community by providing efficient and effective financial services. These services are provided by enabling access to information and resources, and by promoting the financial health and security of the University as a whole.
Eloisa D Balmoris
Vice President
Ms Eloisa D Balmoris is the Vice President for Finance and Treasurer.
Ms Balmoris is a Certified Public Accountant with an experience that spans around 40 years in the world of corporate finance and accounting. She is a seasoned financial executive with a strong track record in the core finance functions of controllership, budgeting, and internal audit. Ms Balmoris was former Chief Audit Executive of ABS-CBN Corporation, 2018-2020. Prior to this, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Sky Cable Corporation, 1998-2018; and President/Managing Director of Pilipino Cable Corporation, 2009-2011. Ms Balmoris obtained her BS in Accounting from Far Eastern University (cum laude) in 1981.
