Where do I go to begin the Online Admissions process?

Upon logging in to the system, click the 'My Registration' button on the left side of the screen. It should redirect you to the Admissions page.

Click the 'Apply Now' button, and the 'Application Checklist' page should appear, displaying the requirements you have to prepare when filling up the application form.

After reading the list of requirements, click the 'Apply' button. This should redirect you to the 'Initial Registration'. Fill up the required details and then click 'Submit'. The system should display a prompt asking for confirmation to continue the submission.

After clicking 'Yes', it should redirect you to the 'Payables' page with a box containing your payment details. Click the 'View Payment Instruction' button to view the instructions on how to pay. From here, you may proceed to upload your proof of payment. Once this is validated, you will be prompted to nominate your recommenders and complete the rest of your application requirements.


What do I do after paying for the Admission Fee?

You will need to keep track of your payment if it has been successfully validated before proceeding to the next steps of the application process.

In order to keep track of your payment, log in to the Admission System and click the 'Payable' button on the left side of the screen. It should redirect you to a page with a box containing your payment details.


What do I do now that Admissions has received my payment?

You will receive an email once the payment has been validated. Please allow for 3-5 banking days for the payment to be confirmed.

Once confirmed, you may now fill up the application form.


How many registrations can I make at a time?

You can create one registration per admissions cycle.


I cannot find my school in the list. What should I do?

Choose the option or type the words “Not in the list”. We will add your school to the official database, and this will be applied to your application while you complete your requirements.


If I exit the application or navigate to a different page in the middle of filling up the application form, will my progress be saved?

Your progress will be saved from the last accomplished step. For example, you have finished filling up the fields of the 'Personal Information' section, and then you accidentally navigate to a different page, your progress will be saved only up to the 'Personal Information section.'


Is there a way to view the requirements checklist while filling up the application form?

On the right side of the screen, there should be a 'checklist' icon that you can click, which will open up another window display the requirements checklist.


What do I do now that I have submitted my application form?

Now that you have successfully submitted your application form, the Admission Administrators of the system will review the data that you submitted. If there is something that they need you to resubmit/revise, they will change your application status to 'Return to Applicant'. You will receive a system-generated email that your application form was returned to revision ot completion.

If your application form and documents are in order, then your status will be changed to 'For Recommendation' or 'For Processing'. An email will be sent to you regarding the status of your application.


What do I do now that my application status is 'Return to Applicant'?

When your status changes to 'Return to Applicant', this means that the admissions administrators need you to make revisions to the application you submitted.

Log in to the system and click the 'My Registrations' button on the left side of the screen.

Click the 'View' button on the application with the status of 'Return to Applicant'. You should be able to see the 'Registration Data' page like before, with the addition of a discussion section on the right side, which can be opened by clicking the "message bubble" icon. In this section, the admission administrator has placed the revisions/additions that need to be made with regard to your application form or documents.

In order to revise your application, click the 'Edit' button, similar to how you accessed it the first time. You can view the checklist and discussion section by clicking on either the "checklist" or "message bubble" icon, respectively. Make sure that you click the SUBMIT button as the last step.


What do I do now that my application status is 'For Processing'?

When your status changes to 'For Processing', this means that your application form has been reviewed successfully and that you will need to select an examination schedule and await further instructions from the Admissions Office.
