Gender-related Services

Body

The University Gender Hub is the center for gender-responsiveness that envisions a gender-inclusive, gender-responsive and gender-safe University that upholds gender justice for all. We hope to achieve this by creating, cultivating, and advocating for systems for care, inclusivity and gender-responsiveness within the University and its partner communities. Specifically, we have three areas of work that foster this mission:

  1. Providing Care, Affirmation and Support Services (CASS) for anyone who has experienced any form of sexual harassment and for anyone navigating gender-related issues
  2. Delivery of Gender Sensitivity Training (GST) to enhance skills and supplement knowledge about gender-related topics
  3. Promote Advocacy and Community Engagement (ACE) activities within and beyond the university (i.e. participating in Pride Month and Women’s Month)

As a University office, we can engage with all individuals enrolled and employed from the grade school to professional schools. If anyone is interested to connect with us, they can reach out via email at genderhub@ateneo.edu. You may visit the Gender Hub website or Facebook page to know more.
