V. Bruce J. Tolentino serves as an Independent Member of the Monetary Board of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, tasked to focus on promotion of financial inclusion for rural and agricultural development. He has over 36 years of senior-level experience working with international development agencies, government agencies and non-governmental organizations in development, governance, finance and socio-economic projects and organizations in Asia and Africa.
