A Lecture on the BOT Law and the 2022 New IRR

The Ateneo Law School’s Fr. Joaquin G. Bernas SJ Institute for Continuing Legal Education is pleased to offer an online lecture on the Build-Operate-Transfer Law and the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) approved last 31 March 2022.

The online lecture focuses on the substantial changes between the previous IRR published in 2012 and the IRR approved 10 years hence.

The resource person is Atty. Alberto Agra, a member of the Ateneo Law Faculty. He teaches Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Law, Administrative Law, Local Government Law, Election Law and Public Officers law.

Lecture date is on July 6, 2022, Wednesday, 2PM -5PM.

This is open to all. Lecture fee is P1,000.00.
