Who is Fr. Bu?

Known to many as one of the Founding Fathers of Psychology in the Philippines, Fr Bulatao wore many hats and worked with many people in various ways - he was a teacher, scientist, Jesuit Priest, mentor, guide, guru, friend, etc.
