Just Flow with Yoga
Start the new year right, start with yoga! The term Vinyasa is derived from nyasa, meaning “to place,” and vi, meaning “in a special way.” Experience movements designed as early as the Vedic ages to nurture steadfastness, comfort and consciousness with certified instructor Ms. Naomi Tan- Mabasa!
Just wear any comfortable workout attire and a yoga mat or any comfortable towel, mat or rug and head to the Leong Hall Roof Deck on February 8, 2023 from 5:00 to 6:00 pm.
