APO Hiking Society: 50 Years, The Concert

The APO Hiking Society, an iconic symbol of Original Pilipino Music (OPM), is celebrating an incredible milestone: 50 years of musical excellence!
This landmark concert holds great significance as it traces back to the very roots of APO, when they first formed their musical group and showcased their talents at various Ateneo events. Despite venturing onto separate paths after their college years, the unwavering dedication of Jim Paredes, Danny Javier, and Boboy Garrovillo has left an indelible mark on the dynamic landscape of Philippine music.
Join us on July 15 and 16 as Jim and Boboy return to where it all began, taking the stage at Areté's Hyundai Hall in a groundbreaking concert to commemorate their golden years in the music industry. Also performing for this momentous celebration are the incredibly talented Company of Ateneo Dancers (CADs), Hangad, and more special guests.
Don't miss out on this once-in-a-lifetime concert experience!
The concert is co-presented by Areté and Maryknoll College Batch ’74, for the benefit of the Miriam College Endowment Fund Scholarship Program and the “May Puno! May Buhay!” tree-planting project.
