The Family Business Owners' Competency Program (FBOCP) is an intensive 16-week program that gives a deeper understanding of the various management functions, decision-making, leadership, and family dynamics of the family business.
The program will expose participants to the dynamics of the family system and communication issues. They will explore management, leadership, and relationships that are inherent in family businesses and how these are intertwined in the Ownership, Governance, and Management of the family business.
