SALUSALO: Discovering Passions, Connecting Through Flavors

This 19-20 March 2024, the Aspiring Restaurant Entrepreneurs Association (AREA) will be holding its flagship event, SALUSALO: Discovering Passions; Connecting Through Flavors. The event is a career-building initiative in partnership with Le Cordon Bleu Ateneo de Manila that aims to empower career aspirants in the food and beverage industry.

With that, SALUSALO will hold a series of talks and demonstrations by reputable people and professionals. Moreover, a selection of small food business start-ups will be invited and given a platform to promote themselves and help spur the entrepreneurial spirit of the Ateneo community.

During the event, there will be a total of seven (7) talks. The specific topics, guest speakers, and other details will be discussed in the following pages.
