Hosted by the Office of the Assistant Vice President for Graduate Education, the 6th Graduate Research Festival [GRF] will be held online on 19 and 20 April 2024. Submission of abstracts to the festival is open to all graduate students of Ateneo de Manila University. Entry into the events is FREE of charge and is open to graduate students, faculty, and research professionals of the university.
Individual Abstract Submission
Abstracts should reflect completed work (not anticipated work) and be between 100-150 words long written in English or Filipino and endorsed by the research adviser.
Interdisciplinary Panel Submission
Graduate students may convene a panel session, consisting of 2-3 presenters from at least two departments or programs to promote interdisciplinarity and diversity of our graduate community.
For panel paper submissions, research must fall under any of Ateneo's Lux in Domino strategic priority areas:
- Education Reform and Transformation - Innovative education for all, leveraging human creativity and technology

- Universal Health and Well-being - Efficient, accessible, affordable, and equitable healthcare in the Philippines through effective public health leadership
- Bridging Cultural Divides - Committed collective action to solve ‘wicked problems’ by transcending cultural differences across social, economic, political, and other divides
Panel proposals should also contain a panel description of not more than 200 words, aside from the individual abstracts of the papers included in the panel. The panel description must describe the objectives of the panel presentation, and relate clearly to the chosen Ateneo Lux in Domino strategic priority areas.
You may nominate a chair for the panel, or the program committee may appoint one for you.
All proposals will be vetted by the school's Research Coordinators.
