Brief Description of the Topic:
Machines have taken over a lot of human labor. Most economists, however, assert that the fear for machines to replace human labor is groundless (Kletzer, 2018). Whether the fear that machines will replace what humans can do is groundless or not, the fact remains that human labor has increasingly been reliant on machine capabilities. Under this circumstance, how is leadership rendered in an increasingly machine-reliant and technologically adept workforce and companies?
