October Tree Planting Activity

The Ateneo community is invited to the next Tree Planting Activity, happening on 12 October 2024, 8 am to 10 am at the Arboretum of 101 Threatened Native Trees (between Eliazo Hall and the Jesuit Health and Wellness Center) and the Grade School East Field.

This time, 50 native tree saplings will be planted as part of the University’s routine tree-planting program. This activity is organized by the CFMO Grounds, Trees, and Waste Management Section (GTWMS) and sponsored by the Loyola Mountaineers. A guest speaker from the Philippine Native Tree Enthusiast group will also be present to talk about the trees that will be planted.
