Ateneo Blue Nest, the start-up incubation program of Ateneo de Manila University managed by the Ateneo Intellectual Property Office (AIPO), proudly announces its partnership with Gaming Library and the Philippine Startup Week (PHSW) 2025 as an official community partner.

In celebration of the country’s largest gathering of innovators, founders, and investors, Blue Nest will host a Leadership through Game-Based Learning Workshop, a unique and interactive session that blends play with purpose. The workshop invites participants to explore leadership and strategy in a creative, low-stakes environment through well-known board games such as Power Grid and Avalon. Designed for startup founders, innovators, and investors, the session encourages participants to think critically, negotiate, and collaborate—all while gaining deeper insights into their leadership styles and decision-making approaches.

The workshop will be free of charge for all Philippine Startup Week participants who pre-register and complete a short on-site survey during the event. This initiative is part of Ateneo Blue Nest’s commitment to democratizing access to experiential learning opportunities that develop the next generation of Filipino entrepreneurs and leaders.

The Leadership through Game-Based Learning Workshop will take place on November 13, 2025, from 1:00-5:00pm, with limited slots available for those who pre-register through https://luma.com/z0audd5k

Through this collaboration, Ateneo Blue Nest continues to champion its mission of cultivating an innovation-driven, ethical, and collaborative startup ecosystem rooted in the Jesuit value of forming leaders for and with others.
