Pilar U. Tolentino, Ph.D.
The current Director of the Ateneo Family Business Development Center, Dr. Tolentino is a seasoned educator, consultant, and thought leader in the field of family business and leadership. Her deep expertise in business successions, family dynamics, professionalization, and governance has guided numerous families towards sustainable success.
Dr. Tolentino is an Assistant Professor if the John Gokongwei School of Management where she teaches Family Business Management and Leadership, Strategic Management, and International Business and Trade.
Emerald ‘Erald; Ilac, Ph.D.
As the current Head of Research of the Ateneo Family Business Development Center, Dr. Ilac is a respected scholar in the field of multi-generational human resource management, organization development, and business leadership. He leads the development of the Center’s high-impact family business research and knowledge building.
Dr. Ilac’s consultancy work is founded on his extensive study of multi-generational work and leadership dynamics. He is also an Associate Professor and the Program Director of PhD in Leadership Program of the John Gokongwei of Management.
Melissa ‘Miel’ Reyes, Ph.D.
With more than 30 years of work experience in training and organization development, Dr. Reyes is a n expert leadership trainer. A training program designer and facilitator, she helps develop leadership, team, and organizational skills within family businesses, government and non-government organizations, and local and multi-national corporations.
Dr. Reyes is a part-time faculty member or the Graduate School of Psychology of the Ateneo de Manila University where she teaches organizational psychology, organization development and human resource management.
