Training Course on Strategic Leadership for Reliable and Accountable Governance | Ateneo School of Government
This two-day intensive course guides public sector officers and staff in applying the principles and practices of High Reliability Organizations (HROs) and the discipline of Completed Staff Work (CSW). The course highlights how resilience, reliability, and responsiveness can be strengthened through structured processes, disciplined decision support and a culture of accountability. By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

- Apply structure processes of CSW and HRO principles to organizational scenarios, producing outputs that demonstrate accuracy, accountability, and resilience.
- Demonstrate practical strategies for sustaining reliability through managing burnout risks and engaging in constructive criticism and feedback
The course will be facilitated by Dr. Kenneth Hartigan-Go, who currently teaches at Ateneo de Manila University, and advises various organizations as Independent Director, Board Member, or Consultant. He previously served as Undersecretary at the Department of Health and Director General of the Philippine Food and Drug Administration.
