Tea is the most well-known beverage in the world as well as one of the most cultural. With the Chinese Studies program, dive deeper into tea culture and savor different tea leaves and flowers this RGLSOSS week!
SPEAKERS:
Dr Hiroko Nagai - Hiroko Nagai, PhD is an anthropologist who has been handling the course on Japanese food culture at the Ateneo. As a homemaker who cooks for her family every day, she is interested in food production, distribution, and consumption.
Aaron Joseph S Medina - Aaron is a faculty member at the Ateneo Chinese Studies Program. Armed with a master’s degree from Yale University, he teaches Chinese Art & Society as well as Faith, Spirituality, and the Church under the Department of Theology. He loves drinking tea on the side.
