POUND FITNESS (Every Mondays and Thursdays, 5:15-6:15 pm at LS PE Multipurpose room)
A high-energy workout that combines cardio, strength, and conditioning with the infectious rhythm of drumming with Coach Diane Fabros
MUAY THAI (Every Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:15-6:15 pm at LS PE Multipurpose room)
Build strength, agility, and self-discipline with ancient Thai defensive and battlefield techniques with Coach JP Buduan
POWER BOXING (Every Tuesdays, 5:15-6:15 pm at LS PE Martial Arts room)
Gain strength, speed, and agility to improve overall fitness, coordination, and endurance while teaching effective power punching techniques with Coach Ryan Gialogo
VINYASA YOGA (Every Tuesdays and Fridays, 5:15 pm-6:15pm at LS PE Dance studio)

CROSSFIT TRAINING (Every Wednesdays and Fridays, 5:15 - 6:15 pm at LS PE Weights Gym)

“Exceed Yourself” is a collaborative program spearheaded by the Office of the University Physician, with the Higher Education Physical Education Programs, the Office of the Assistant Vice President for Health, Care, and Well-Being, HE Office of Health Services (College). It is conducted in partnership with the Ateneo Food Safety and Nutrition Advisory Council (AFSNAC), alongside members from other unit offices and college student organizations, namely: the Ateneo Institute of Sustainability (AIS), the Sanggunian ng mga Mag-aaral ng Paaralang Loyola ng Ateneo de Manila (SANGGUNIAN), the Pre-Medical Society of Ateneo (PMSA), the Health Sciences Society (HSS), the Council of Organizations of the Ateneo (COA), the Ateneo Biological Association (Ateneo BOX), the Ateneo Resident Students Association (ARSA), the Fitness Improvement Team (FIT), and Ateneo Peers.
