Brief Description of the Topic:
The book reflects on Atty. Chan''s 15-year tenure at Chiang Kai Shek College (CKS College), highlighting his experiences, challenges, management philosophy and accomplishments. He details the evolution of the institution during his time, emphasizing the collaborative efforts that led to significant milestones. Chan underscores the importance of community, dedication, and the pursuit of excellence in education. He also shares personal anecdotes that illustrate the values and culture of CKS College, offering insights into the institution’s growth and its role in fil-chii youth development.

About the Speaker:
Atty. Danny Chan has been a faculty member of the Ateneo JGSOM since 1999, dividing his time between the Leadership and Strategy Dept and the Marketing and Law Department. He has more than three decades of experience as an international trader for steel and non ferrous metals, including a 3 year stint in China. He also has been in the practice of law concentrating on Family Law and Succession since 2003. He served his other alma mater, CKS College, first as a faculty then as vice president and retiring as its president in 2022. CKS College is the biggest Fil-Chi school in the Philippines, offering pre-school to post graduate education.
