Training Course on Resilience, Empathy, and Adaptability in Leadership

The Ateneo School of Government through its Executive Education Program invites you to the training course on Resilience, Empathy, and Adaptability in Leadership scheduled on 9 to 10 October 2025 at Ateneo de Manila University Loyola Campus.

Equivalent to 16 Learning Hours, this course equips leaders with essential skills to thrive in today’s volatile and complex environments. Through a blend of case studies, role-playing, and interactive activities, participants will develop strategies to lead with resilience, empathy, and adaptability, ensuring effective decision-making and crisis management in VUCA situations.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

1. Understand the core concepts of resilience, empathy, and adaptability, and their importance in navigating a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) world.
2. Develop personal resilience and enhance emotional intelligence to improve empathetic leadership.
3. Apply adaptive leadership strategies and create actionable plans for integrating resilience, empathy, and adaptability into real-world leadership challenges.

The course fee of Php 15,000 is inclusive of certificate (upon successful completion of course requirements), training materials, access to post-training resources and peer learning opportunities, and meals (AM-PM snacks and lunch).
