Release tension caused by prolonged sitting and gadget use through targeted movements designed to help prevent stiff neck and frozen shoulder.

Discover simple daily exercises that relieve muscle tension, improve flexibility, and promote relaxation—helping you move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free.

Learn easy and effective movements with strength and conditioning coach, Coach Andrei Tolentino, current coach of the Seniors Basketball Team and former Head of the Sports Performance Unit at Moro Lorenzo.
