As the EDCOM II Final Report nears release, questions remain about what reforms are possible—and what responsibilities must follow if we are to take the right steps out of this crisis. With a massive increase in the education sector’s budget emphasizing this pressing reality, we must engage ourselves in an open dialogue about what is possible, and our part in preventing further abuses in our current political landscape
