The 3rd Asian Functional Medicine Conference is happening on 6–7 February 2026 at the Ateneo Rockwell Campus Auditorium, Makati City, Philippines.

With the theme “Energizing Health: Mitochondria, Circadian Rhythms, and the HPA Axis through the Lifespan,” this year’s conference brings together international and local experts to explore how energy regulation, biological rhythms, and stress pathways influence health from childhood to later life.

Across two days of lectures, panels, and practical discussions, the conference will examine emerging insights in mitochondrial medicine, circadian health, nutrition, lifestyle interventions, and functional approaches to chronic disease—grounded in both global science and the Asian context.
