University Way of the Cross 2026

As one Ateneo Community, we are invited to come together for the University Way of the Cross on Friday, 27 February 2026, at the Loyola Heights Campus.

It will begin with the Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament at 3:00 PM inside the St. Stanislaus Kostka Chapel, Ateneo Junior High School, with an opportunity for the Sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession) for those who wish to receive it. This will be followed by the Celebration of the Holy Eucharist at 3:45 PM, to be presided over by Fr Roberto C Yap SJ, University President. 

Immediately after the Mass, we will proceed with the Way of the Cross.

Participants are asked to wear a white shirt, comfortable pants, and comfortable shoes, and to bring the following:

• Personal device (for the prayer guide)
• Reusable water container
• Umbrella or cap
• Sanitizer or alcohol
• Facemask (if necessary)
• Vigil Candles

We pray that as we walk together the Way of the Cross, we become closer to Christ and to one another, strengthening our hope and commitment to journey together as a community of faith that desires to follow and bear the light of the Lord.
