[Training Course] Project Management for Public Sector Projects | ASoG
The Ateneo School of Government through its Executive Education Program invites you to the training course on Project Management for Public Sector Projects scheduled on 15 to 17 April 2026 at the Ateneo de Manila University Loyola Heights Campus.
This intensive course on Project Management is designed around practical applications of the principles of managing a full cycle project in order to achieve its developmental goals. Centered on organizational impact, participants are expected to create action plans to apply course insights. This 3-day course is designed around practical applications of the principles of managing a full-cycle project to achieve its developmental goals.
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Provide participants with a solid understanding of project management principles, tools, and processes;
- Develop skills for effective project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation, essential for managing a development project;
- Enable participants to identify, assess, and manage risks while ensuring efficient communication with stakeholders;
- Equip participants with tools for tracking progress and adapting to project scope, schedule, and resource changes.
The course fee of Php 23,000 is inclusive of certificate (upon successful completion of course requirements), training materials, access to post-training resources and peer learning opportunities, and meals (AM-PM snacks and lunch).
