A secluded reformatory school for wayward boys—now reduced to a lone priest and three students—is suddenly visited by the priest’s prodigal brother, a wanted criminal, whose arrival brings with it the ten plagues of Exodus.

The Live Draft breathes life into a full artistic scripture in development: a staged reading that is rich, provocative, and unafraid to bare itself. The writing takes center stage through spoken dialogue, animated by a growing vision of stage directions, blocking, and technical elements.

This maiden production is presented by Exit Left Collective, a new independent theatre group that tells offbeat stories with emerging artists and provides space for experimental productions.
