"During my time in the ITE program, I experienced what it meant to build something from the ground up: taking an idea from 0 → 1, developing tech that solves real problems, and even earning that very first peso from customers. Nothing gets more real than being immersed in building a product and living through both the struggles and joys of entrepreneurship. It was tough, but with the ITE program’s guidance, the lessons I gained both inside and outside the classroom shaped not just my career, but also how I view entrepreneurship.

That experience prepared me for my work today as an Associate at Endeavor, the leading global community of High-Impact Entrepreneurs and the leading early-stage investor outside the US, China, and India. In this role, I’ve led MatchCAP, the largest annual investor-founder matchmaking roadshow in Southeast Asia, bringing together 100+ startups and 100+ investors for 800+ hours of fundraising meetings. I also run Scale Up, a program that helps early-stage founders grow from 1 → 10 through curated mentorship, peer community, and strategic workshops with partners like AWS and Bain & Company.
