"For me, what made, and continues to make ITE special, is how it threw me into real startup work. You’re not just learning about entrepreneurship; the program makes it so that you’re actually building, failing, and iterating with real users and real feedback.

The hands on experience from ITE helped me stand out early in my career, allowing me to get a venture development internship at KAYA Founders, where I worked with different startups on their growth strategies. Now I work as a Lead in the Tech and Operations department at GCash, where I focus on continuously improving customer experience and earned recognition as Rookie of the Year.

I really valued ITE because it taught me how to test ideas with real users, change direction when necessary, and understand what makes products actually valuable. We learned from successful tech entrepreneurs, and what I appreciated was how accessible the professors and Program Director were genuinely caring and available whenever we needed guidance.
