The Ateneo Psychology Department engages in transformative research that builds scientific knowledge and contributes to the development of healthy and humane societies. Our research areas cover topics in children and families, community-based interventions, gender and sexuality, human resource management, leadership, mental health, organization development, peace and political psychology, religion and spirituality, and technology and education. Faculty, graduate, and undergraduate students work together and collaborate in our research labs.
