UAAP Season 88 Ticket Selling Guidelines (Basketball Tournament) (UAO Memo)

The University Athletics Office will be selling tickets for this year’s UAAP Basketball tournament. Tickets will be sold only to alumni, administrators, faculty, staff, and students of Ateneo de Manila University.

Ticket Selling Guidelines

1. Regular Games
   1. Designated Ticket Selling Location
      1. University Athletics Office (2/F FLC Bldg, Ateneo Senior High School) - ALL members of the Ateneo Community
   2. Schedule
      1. For a Wednesday Game Monday (9:00 am – 5:00 pm)
      2. For a Saturday Game Thursday (9:00 am – 5:00 pm)
      3. For a Sunday Game Friday (9:00 am – 3:00 pm)
2. Big Games (i.e. Ateneo-DLSU, Ateneo-UP, play-offs, semifinals, finals)
   1. Designated Ticket Selling Locations
      1. Blue Eagle Gym Ticket Booth 1 – for alumni, Basic Education students, administrators, faculty, and staff, Higher Education (ASOG, ASMPH, ALS, AGSB) students, administrators, faculty, and staff
      2. Blue Eagle Gym Ticket Booth 2 – Central Administration & Higher Education (JGSOM, SOH, SOSE, RGLSOSS, GBSEALD) administrators, faculty, and staff
      3. MVP Center – Current Higher Education Undergraduate & Graduate students only (JGSOM, SOH, SOSE, RGLSOSS, GBSEALD)
   2. Selling Schedule (at the Designated Ticket Selling Locations)
      1. For a Wednesday game Monday (6:30 am – 8:00 am)
      2. For a Saturday game Thursday (6:30 am – 8:00 am)
      3. For a Sunday game Friday (6:30 am – 8:00 am)

NOTE: After the selling schedule at the ticket booths, remaining tickets will be sold at the UAO/OCA

REMINDERS:

1. Strictly no proxy even in line
2. Strictly 2 tickets per person only 

Example:

1. Alumni parent + representing a child – 2 tickets only
   1. Parent representing 2 or more children – 2 tickets only
2. Present the following identification cards prior to purchasing:
   1. Faculty, staff, and students of all units: validated Ateneo ID
   2. Basic Education parent representing a child: child’s Ateneo ID and own government issued ID
   3. Alumni of Ateneo de Manila University: alumni card or any government issued ID

MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SALES
