Gan, Ragojos win silver, bronze in global speed kicking tourney

Representing the Philippines, Ateneo de Manila Grade School jins Martin Gan (5-Talaandig) and Gab Ragojos (5-Maranaw) won silver and bronze, respectively, in the Global Taekwondo Online Speed Kicking Championships. Martin, who is team captain of the AGS Taekwondo Varsity Team, competed in the Children/Male Black division. Gab competed in the Children/Male 4th-3rd Kup Fly division, and his bronze award marks his first competition win following his recent promotion to red belt.

Held online on September 25, 2021, the Global Taekwondo Online Speed Kicking Championships attracted jins from Bahrain, Bolivia, Botswana, Canada, Guam, Ethiopia, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Latvia (Europe), Macau, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Tunisia, USA, and Venezuela.

Martin and Gab are both members of the AGS Taekwondo Varsity Team and coached by Jobet Morales and Joey Paja.
