7 AJHS football players help Malaya FC Squad win U15 championship

Seven Ateneo de Manila Junior High School football players are members of the Malaya FC Squad that emerged as U15 champion of the Youth Football League - The Return to Sport Edition 2022 7-A side”: Aidan Aguirre (Cardoner/9-Berno), Matin Bendicion (Pamplona/8-Pongracz), Craig Coronel (Montserrat/9-Lewis), Zef Daquigan (La Storta/9-Fausti), Javi Kintanar (Cardoner/8-Aranha), Shawn Perea (La Storta/9-Fausti), and Chico Zabella (La Storta/9-Favre).
A total of 16 teams battled for supremacy in the tournament, which was organized by one of the top youth football leagues in the country and ran for five weeks from May 7 to June 12, 2022.
