Bangco & Carbonell of AGS are doubles champs of QC tennis dual meet

Ateneo de Manila Grade School athletes Vinny Bangco (5-Maguindanao) & Inaki Carbonell (5-Ati) emerged as doubles champions of the Quezon City Lawn Tennis Dual Meet on March 19, 2023. A pre-qualifier for Palarong Pambansa, the meet was held at Amoranto Sports Center in Quezon City from March 18-19, 2023. Representing private school Ateneo de Manila in the dual meet, the Blue Eagles defeated their public school counterparts from Ponciano Bernardo Elementary School. Vinny & Inaki will thus advance to the regional meet later this month for a chance to represent the NCR at Palarong Pambansa 2023.
Palaro 2023 will be held in Marikina City from July 29 to August 5.
Vinny & Inaki were coached for the QC dual meet by Jopy Mamawal.
