Six ASHS athletes rostered in 2025 Nat’l Fencing Team Training Pool; Moulic is #1 in Men's Sabre Cadet

Because Ateneo de Manila Senior High School (ASHS) student-athletes Mairon Moulic (11-Owen), Hannah Belarmino (11-Perez), Matthew General (11-Owen), Adam Aceron (12-Acquaviva), Faber Cabrera (12-Anchieta), and Derek Perez (11-Hoyos) have been winning the top spots in the Philippine Fencing Association (PFA) National Rankings, they have officially been chosen by the PFA to be part of the National Training Pool/Developmental Team for this year. The announcement was published on 15 January 2025 by the PFA, which is duly recognized by the Philippine Olympic Committee as the governing body for Philippine Fencing.

As members of the training pool, these Blue Eagles shall train with members of the National Fencing Team so they can develop their skillset and be better prepared when they represent the country in international competitions.
