Ateneo de Manila hosts the Jesuit Athletic Meet 2025

Ateneo de Manila University will host the 2025 Jesuit Athletic Meet (JAM) from 29 January to 1 February 2025 at the Loyola Heights Campus.

The Jesuit Athletic Meet is a biennial tournament event where all Jesuit schools nationwide gather to promote friendship and sportsmanship among their student-athletes. The previous JAM was jointly hosted by Xavier School San Juan and Xavier School Nuvali in 2023.

While the previous JAM featured junior and senior high school athletes, this year's tournament will focus on college athletes. Prior to this year's event, JAM held its last collegiate tournament in 2019 at Xavier University – during the final term of Fr Roberto C Yap SJ as XU president before assuming the role of President of Ateneo de Manila University.

Participating in this year's tournament are Ateneo de Davao University, Ateneo de Naga University, Ateneo de Zamboanga University, Xavier University, and Ateneo de Manila University.

The schools will be competing in various events in three sports: basketball, volleyball, and football.

Basketball and volleyball games will take place at the Ateneo de Manila Senior High School Formation and Learning Center (FLC). Meanwhile, football games will occur at the Moro Lorenzo Football Field.

Livestreams of select basketball and volleyball games will be shown on the University's YouTube channel. The schedule of the games will be as follows.
