Grade 4 table tennis prodigy Titus Pachica wins championship at 1st Spin Score Smash 2025

Ateneo de Manila Grade School (AGS) table tennis prodigy Titus Pachica (4-Lakandula) emerged as singles champion in the Mixed 11-Under category of 1st Spin Score Smash 2025, held on 10 August 2025 at Homecourt, Ayala Malls Manila Bay in Parañaque City.

This event was organized and led by Spin Score Solution Inc., in collaboration with the Philippine Table Tennis Federation, headed by its President, Mr. Ting Ledesma, who also serves as the program coordinator for Ateneo Table Tennis.

The event brought together participants from various schools and clubs, including La Salle Greenhills, De La Salle Lipa, Xavier School, Marist Marikina, MGC New Life, Pasay Chung Hua, Provident Table Tennis Club, Blastpoint, Pateros Taguig Club, and the Pateros Table Tennis Association.

This pioneering tournament aims to establish a formal ranking system within the Philippine table tennis community—an essential step toward ensuring fair and skill-based competition. With plans to hold the event regularly, Coach Ting believes Ateneo should officially sanction it to further support our student-athletes in evaluating and enhancing their performance.
