Hannah Belarmino wins gold, silver, and bronze for PH at SEA Fencing Tourney in Malaysia

Ateneo de Manila Senior High School (ASHS) Blue Eagle Hannah Belarmino (12-Ogilvie) brought pride to the Philippines by winning gold, silver, and bronze medals at the Southeast Asia Fencing Federation (SEAFF) Junior and Cadet Championships 2025, held from 20 to 24 July 2025 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
She claimed the gold medal in the Cadet Individual Women’s Foil, the silver medal in the Junior Team Women’s Foil (together with three non-Ateneans), and the bronze medal in the Junior Individual Women’s Foil. The tournament featured top fencers from across Southeast Asia, including Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
Hannah was expertly guided by Ateneo Fencing Team coaches Rupert Endriano, Alex Ragot, Edward Daliva, and Rebekah Reyno, as well as by coaches from the Philippine national fencing team.
