Grade 7 Blue Eagle Jowie Cabaccan bags Double Bronze in fencing tourney

Ateneo de Manila Junior High School student athlete Jowie Cabaccan (7-Alfonso) bagged two bronze medals at the Philippine Fencing Association Minime and Veteran Ranking (2nd Leg) held at the PhilSports Arena in Pasig on 5-6 July 2025. The medals were for the Under‑12 and Under‑14 Épée categories—a remarkable and impressive achievement.
Now proudly representing the Ateneo fencing varsity team, Jowie was coached by Alexander Ragot for the tournament, which drew more than 150 participants from various schools and fencing clubs across Metro Manila.
