Grade 2 gymnast Corryne Posadas wins 3 medals at Dream Cup 2025 in Malaysia

Representing the Philippines, Ateneo de Manila Grade School student-athlete Corryne Posadas (2-Banaba) brought home three medals from the Dream Cup 2025 – International Rhythmic Gymnastics Tournament, held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from 19-25 August 2025.
Competing in the U7 Category A (Professional) division, Corryne earned a silver medal in the Ball apparatus, bronze in the Rope apparatus, and bronze in the Freehand routine. This strong performance highlights her consistency and versatility across different apparatus.
The Dream Cup is an international rhythmic gymnastics competition held in Malaysia, drawing participation from a number of Asian countries including Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. The 2025 edition was staged at Stadium Juara, Bukit Kiara, a well-known venue for gymnastics and other indoor sports in Kuala Lumpur.
A remarkably talented gymnast, Corryne had already made waves in School Year 2024-2025, capturing multiple medals in national and international competitions—including one in Hong Kong. Her success at the Dream Cup further cements her status as a rising star in rhythmic gymnastics on both the national and regional stage.
