Grade 2 gymnast Andi Favis shines with 6 golds and 2 silvers in two meets

Competing in Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) Level 2, AGS student athlete Andi Favis (2-Guijo) demonstrated remarkable dedication and talent, earning a total of six gold and two silver medals across two local tournaments.

Her first strong showing came at the Antipolo Gymnastics Meet 2025, held at Robinsons Antipolo on 10 August 2025. Andi delivered composed and energetic routines that earned her three gold medals in the bars, vault, and floor events. She also secured a silver medal in the beam, ultimately finishing 6th overall in the competition. The competition brought together young gymnasts from various clubs, providing a challenging and supportive environment for athletes to showcase their skills.

Andi followed this up with another impressive showing at the Athletica Gymnastics Meet 2025, held at Colab Gymnastics in Pasig on 28 September 2025. Her efforts resulted in three gold medals in the bars, floor, and vault, along with a silver medal in the beam. She concluded the tournament with a 9th-place overall finish, highlighting her ability to perform strongly in back-to-back competitions.
