Vanellope Alegro and Bianca Tupaz of AGS clinch medals at Aquazorb Gymnastics Meet 2025

Two Ateneo de Manila Grade School (AGS) student athletes, Vanellope Alegro (1-Malakas) and Bianca Tupaz (2-Banaba), stood out in the Aquazorb Gymnastics Meet 2025, held last 15 November 2025 in Alphaland Makati Place in Makati City.
 

Taking part in Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) Level 2, Vanellope earned three gold medals for the bars, beam, and floor events and a bronze medal for the vault. Her strong performances throughout the competition secured her a 1st runner-up finish in the individual all-around 7-Under (7U) category, highlighting her all-around excellence and promising future in the sport.

In the same meet, Bianca showcased determination and competitive spirit as she competed in the 8-Under (8U) category. She secured a bronze medal in the vault event, demonstrating power and control in her execution. Bianca also delivered solid performances across the other apparatuses, placing 5th in the floor, 6th in the bars, and 8th in the beam. Her consistent efforts throughout the competition earned her a 7th-place finish in the individual all-around category.

The Aquazorb Gymnastics Meet 2025, organized by Aquazorb Philippines, is an annual, local competitive event that gathers young gymnasts from different clubs and schools to gain competitive experience, refine their routines, and perform in a structured meet setting alongside fellow gymnasts from various age groups and levels.
