The Play Golf Stroke Play Championships are a multi-leg interschool tournament that gathers top junior golfers from various schools across Luzon. The Grade School Division competition was held over six rounds from October 2025 to January 2026, with the final four legs determining the overall team standings. Tournament legs were hosted at Caliraya Golf Club in Lumban, Mimosa Plus Golf Course in Clark, Pampanga, and Northwoods Golf and Country Club in San Rafael, Bulacan. In each leg, teams competed in stroke play format, with the best five individual scores contributing to the team total, and the best four team scores out of six rounds counted toward the final championship results.
