Blue Eagle paddlers crowned Champions at Xavier Cup Table Tennis Tournament

The Blue Eagles emerged as champions of the Xavier Cup Table Tennis Championship held on 11 January 2026 at Xavier School in San Juan.
Representing Ateneo were Alessandro Chan (11-Torres), Timothy Pachica (10-Sitjar), Matthew Basco (11-Nakaura), Moscoso (11-Moscoso), Gareth Arcedera (11-Perez), Reily Yap (11-Tsuji), and Rajel Quiming (12-Navarro). The team was coached by Mihali Crisostomo and Leo Raymundo, with Chito Pachica as assistant coach.
The tournament featured strong competition from several schools, including Xavier School San Juan, International School Manila, MGC New Life Christian Academy, UNO High School, La Salle Green Hills, La Salle Antipolo, and Philippine Cultural College.
With disciplined training, teamwork, and competitive spirit, the Blue Eagles delivered an impressive performance to secure the championship title.
