Final Examination Schedule for First Semester, SY 2025-2026

The First Semester, SY 2025-2026 Final Assessment schedule is now accessible via this link. 

All concerned are enjoined to review the schedule and check for any potential conflicts.

In cases of schedule conflict involving:

SPECIFIC CLASSES

• The concerned students and Faculty must agree on an alternative schedule (day/time) and report the agreed-upon arrangement to the Department/Program Secretary. The Department/Program Secretary is then responsible for submitting the schedule change to the Office of the University Registrar through this GSheet, REQUEST FOR CHANGE IN FINAL ASSESSMENT  SCHEDULE FIRST SEM SY 2025-2026, no later than Tuesday, 25 November 2025, for classroom assignments.

INDIVIDUAL STUDENTS

• Students must consult with and request their teachers to allow them to take the assessment on a different schedule.  

Conflicts in the schedule may be verified through the posted examination schedule. The schedule covers all types of final assessments to be held from 26 - 29 November and  1 - 3 December 2025, Wednesday - Saturday and  Monday- Wednesday.

Any assessments scheduled outside these dates must be arranged and communicated by the concerned department and faculty member to the students. Please ensure that they are informed in advance and that the necessary rooms/venues are reserved accordingly.

Please be reminded also that no regular classes should be held during the assessment period to avoid scheduling conflicts.
