University events to proceed as scheduled
26 November 2025
The University assures the community that campus operations will remain fully functional and that all scheduled University-wide events will proceed as planned. While we recognize the possibility of an impending strike by the Ateneo Employees and Workers Union (AEWU), the University is fully prepared to maintain services and ensure the continuity of our activities.
The following University events will push through:
- Higher Education Panunuluyan and Christmas Fellowship – 2 December 2025
- Traditional University Awards – 4 December 2025
- Ateneo Grand Alumni Homecoming – 6 December 2025
- Noel Series at the Aretè - 13 December 2025
- CASU Christmas Celebration 2025 – 18 December 2025
- Simbang Gabi – 15–23 December 2025
- Christmas Mass – 24 December 2025
Comprehensive preparations have been undertaken to guarantee that these events remain safe, orderly, and meaningful for all who will participate. Essential services across the Loyola Heights campus will continue uninterrupted, supported by contingency measures already in place.
We invite the community to move forward with confidence as we gather for these important traditions of celebration, prayer, and fellowship.
