Advisory against individuals falsely representing themselves as authorized officials or agents of Ateneo-CPO

Ateneo de Manila University, through its Central Purchasing Office (CPO), wishes to warn the public, business partners, and non-accredited suppliers against individuals or groups falsely representing themselves as authorized officials or agents of the Ateneo-CPO.

Please be advised that all official procurement-related communications, transactions, and engagements of the University are coursed only through duly authorized CPO personnel and conducted in accordance with established University policies and procedures. Any request for quotations, purchase orders, supplier accreditation, or payment-related matters originating outside official CPO channels should be treated with caution.

The University does not authorize third parties to solicit payments, fees, commissions, or favors on behalf of the CPO. Any such representations are unauthorized and fraudulent.

For verification of procurement processes, supplier accreditation requirements, and official contact information, we strongly advise all parties to refer only to the official Central Purchasing Office page on the Ateneo de Manila University website.

Should you encounter suspicious communications or individuals claiming to represent the Ateneo-CPO, please report these immediately through the official channels indicated on the University website.
