Guidelines for the Implementation of Flexible and Variable Work Arrangements (FAVWA)
In accordance with Memo #U2526-082[1], issued by the Office of the President on 25 March 2026, regarding the Mitigating Measures in a State of National Energy Emergency, the University shall adopt Flexible and Variable Work Arrangements (FAVWA) for its employees.
These work arrangements shall be implemented in accordance with the operational requirements of each unit, with the understanding that student learning remains the primary consideration whenever offices and departments shift to flexible and variable work arrangements for its employees.
