Subject       :     Advisory on the Acceptable Use of University IT Resources

Access to and the use of University Information Technology (IT) resources are an integral part of day-to-day operations of the University, especially during a pandemic. However, if done improperly or without sufficient caution, they could bring about significant harm not just upon the institution, but also on the people and other organizations that make up the community that revolves around it.

To help obviate such a predicament, University Data Protection Office (UDPO) and the Information Technology Resource Management Office (ITRMO) issues the Advisory on Acceptable use of IT resources (attached herewith) advisory in behalf of the University as guidance for the acceptable and effective use of its IT resource.
