Gate Pass Sticker for SY 2022-2023 (CSMO Memo)

The SY 2022-2023 Gate Pass Stickers will be issued starting Monday, 18 July 2022 at the Ticket Booth, G/F North Wing Blue Eagle Gym.  Kindly refer to the Procedure in Applying for Gate Pass Sticker below for instructions and requirements.

STICKER RATES

Gate Pass Sticker fees are used to cover the cost of improving campus roads, pedestrian and vehicular gates, maintaining car parks and road CCTV system.

The cost of securing Gate Pass Stickers will be as follows:

PROCEDURE IN APPLYING FOR GATE PASS STICKER

1. Online application
   • Visit vims.ateneo.edu
   • Fill out the Gate Pass Sticker application form and submit
   • Copy or print the application reference number
2. Submit the application reference number at Window 1 of the Ticket Booth, G/F North Wing Blue Eagle Gym
   • For Renewal:  Submit photocopy of the latest LTO Official Receipt (OR) for validation purposes
   • For New vehicle:  Submit photocopy of the latest LTO Official Receipt (OR) and Certificate of Registration (CR) or Sales Invoice for validation purposes
3. Pay to the Cashier at Window 2 of the Ticket Booth (accepts cash or check only)
4. Present the Ateneo Official Receipt at Window 3 for the issuance of the Gate Pass Sticker

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

1. Always keep the Official Receipt.  It has to be presented when claiming the Gate Pass Sticker.
2. Gate Pass Stickers secured after the assigned deadlines will have a   P1,000 surcharge.
3. University Sticker:  Families with students in different school units may apply for a University Sticker in lieu of multiple Gate Pass Stickers.
4. Re-issuance/Replacement:
   • Gate Pass Stickers previously purchased may be transferred to a newly purchased vehicle by following these steps:
     1. Register the new vehicle online at vims.ateneo.edu 
     2. Return the previously issued sticker to CSMO
     3. Pay re-issuance fee of P100
        Regular rates apply for replacement of lost stickers.
5. Those whose vehicles do not have valid Gate Pass Stickers will be required to:
   • Upon entering campus, leave with the gate guard the driver’s license or valid ID with picture and Get a Visitor’s Pass
   • Before exiting campus, surrender the Visitor’s Pass at the same gate where it was given and retrieve the driver’s license or ID before exiting
