Office Work Mode on 24 August 2022 (OVPAPS Memo)

During this inclement weather condition today, classes have been suspended for tomorrow, 24 August 2022 by the Pasig City Government, which affects the Ateneo School of Medicine and Public Health (ASMPH) and by the Quezon City Government, which affects the Ateneo School of Government (ASoG).  

Since the Makati City Government has not declared class suspensions, both the Ateneo Law School (ALS) and the Ateneo Graduate School of Business (AGSB) will continue to hold classes either onsite or online (or hybrid) – whatever is suitable for both their students and faculty.  

Office Work

For tomorrow, 24 August 2022, office employees of the ASMPH, the ASoG, the office of the Vice President, and other administrative offices of the Ateneo Professional Schools are enjoined to work from home.

Office employees from the ALS and the AGSB may work from home unless onsite presence is needed for their tasks (and not otherwise prevented by weather/flooding).  Coordination is important between the office employees in these two schools and the deans.

Filing an emergency leave is necessary for those (1) whose work cannot be done remotely, or (2) who are affected by the inclement weather and will not be able to work remotely.
